Cima Talent Management is a full-service talent agency with a 13 year history of representing fashion and editorial models, commercial models and actors  Cima’s way of doing business has always been to scout and represent the best and the brightest by choosing quality over quantity.  What makes Cima unique is the personal relationship between the agent and the talent.  Each person is selected for their unique look and skill and is groomed within the company.  Cima Talent is reaching new heights with strong relationships built outside of this market and the goal is to fully prepare the talent and send them out into the major industry hubs of New York and Los Angeles. 

Cima Talent Development Center was started as an internal training center where Cima’s talent could hone their abilities.  The development center is now open to aspiring actors and models of all ages interested in learning the ins and outs of the entertainment industry by those in the strongest position to teach them, insiders.  If acting or modeling is something you have always dreamt of doing, let Cima TDC’s direct and honest approach be your first exposure to the industry, saving you time and money.
